Legado Motors, Inc. (LMI) was recently appointed as the exclusive distributor of China’s fastest-growing automaker, GAC Motor, in the Philippines.
LMI, together with its business partners, launched the prestigious brand on November 7, 2018 at the Metrotent, Metrowalk Commercial, Pasig City.
Founded in 2008, Guangzhou Automobile Motor Corporation Limited (GAC Motor) had its humble beginnings in Hualong Town, Guangzhou, China. GAC Motor has grown throughout the years into its current state with four plants assembling vehicles in Guangzhou, Huangzhou,Yichang, and Xinjiang.

During the launching event, the brand unveiled a wide range of luxury vehicles: GA4 sedan (available in 1.5-liter manual and 1.3-liter gas turbo automatic transmissions), GS4 subcompact SUV, GA8 executive sedan (available in four and five-seater variants), GM8 premium seven-seater minivan, and the flagship model, GS8 large SUV (available in 4×2 and 4×4 variants).
