Honda Philippines, Inc., the leading motorcycle manufacturer in the country, is all set to discover the next generation of racing champions through the 2025 Honda Pilipinas Dream Cup (HPDC), an exciting competition designed to unveil young talent in the motorsports world. Since its launch in 2017, the HPDC has become a premier platform for aspiring racers, and this year’s edition focuses on identifying riders who are eager to take their racing careers to the international stage.

The 2025 HPDC is open to talented riders aged 10 to 15 with prior track experience, providing them with an opportunity to enhance their skills and reach new heights in their racing journey. The competition will be held at the Tarlac Circuit Hill, offering a structured environment to fuel young riders’ passion and ambitions for the sport. Participants will race on the renowned Honda CBR150R, a motorcycle known for its precision and performance, helping riders gain invaluable hands-on experience.

One of the standout features of the 2025 HPDC is the involvement of world-renowned racing legends who will play a key role in selecting the 12 participants. Dashi Watanabe, a distinguished Filipino racing coach, along with Shigeki Honda of HARC-PRO, will guide the young riders. Additionally, former MotoGP rider and Team Manager of Honda Asia Dream Racing (HADR) Makoto Tamada, along with expert instructors like Yuki Takahashi and Hiroyuki Fujiwara, will provide their expertise, ensuring that these future racers are well-prepared for success on both local and international tracks.

The HPDC try-outs represent more than just a race—they are an avenue for young riders to develop the discipline, skillset, and exposure needed to excel on the global stage. By offering this opportunity, Honda Philippines reaffirms its commitment to nurturing Filipino racing talent, aiming to create a lasting impact in the world of motorsports.
