Kyle Paz proudly races our flag in Spain as he continues his campaign in the FIM Junior GP while the Philippines celebrates Independence Day. He hoped to maintain his momentum in round 3 after a strong showing in the previous two rounds. He started on P18 and finished 12th in race 1 in a duel in which the top two race leaders were ahead by as much as 20 seconds.
Alex Escrig, teammate, won his fight in a close battle for third place and earned aposition on the podium. In race 2, both riders drop one spot from their previous finish, with Escrig missing out on back-to-back podium places and Kyle finishing 13th, a goodresult considering where he started.
As “The Wonderboy” develops on foreign territory, his roots can only be traced back to Yamaha’s racing program, which strives to develop the potential of the country’s top riders. He is a role model for all aspiring racers that wish to compete at a higher level.
He has demonstrated his dedication, effort, and ambition to reach the Moto2 level.Kyle Paz currently sits at 10th place overall as the Yamaha Philippines Stylobike Racing team now head to round 4 in Circuito de Jerez on July 3 for round 4 of the FIM Junior GP Championships.
