With this in mind, it is no wonder why the Quezon City Police District (QCPD), a trusted law enforcement unit in the Philippines, has decided to acquire 150 units of the Suzuki Burgman Street to beef up its patrol and response capabilities.

It also has a 21Lunderseat compartment for storage of equipment, qualities that the QCPD operatives a perfect fit in their daily urban patrol duties.
Acquisition of these speedy and fuel efficient motorcycles was done in partnership with TransCycle, one of the country’s fastest growing dealers. The turnover ceremonies of these mobility assets transpired last April 19, 2023 at QCPD headquarters in Camp Karingal, Sikatuna Village, Quezon City. Present during the event was QCPD district logistics department chief, Lt. Col. Enrico E. Figueroa who expressed his thanks to the ranking city and police officials for giving them additional vehicles to go about with their mission of protecting and keeping the peace and safety of the public.
And to highlight the Suzuki Burgman Street’s law enforcement role, QCPD’s scooters were equipped with crash guards, warning lights, and other accessories highlighting its police service.
Lt. Col. Enrico E. Figueroa himself test rode the Burgman Street and affirmed his approval of the the acceleration and comfort of their new motorcycles. He also added that he liked the spacious underseatcompartment which will allow them to stock up on all life-saving devices and crime fighting tools comfortably. Aside from these features, both police officers are also thrilled that getting these scooters serviced or maintained is quite easy, as Suzuki provides efficient After Sales support.
