Suzuki Philippines Incorporated, the pioneering distributor of compact cars in the country, has taken a significant step to better serve a broader customer base in one of the nation’s largest provinces. The company has recently relocated its Suzuki Auto 3S Shop in Isabela to a more convenient and accessible location within the province.
The previous site, situated at Km 335 Maharlika Highway, Barangay Batal in Santiago City, has been replaced by the new Suzuki Auto Isabela 3S Shop, now situated in a spacious 2,000 square meter area in Purok 3, Barangay Malapat in Cordon. This relocation is the result of a collaboration between Suzuki Philippines and ESJAY Auto Group’s Elite North Autocars, Inc.
Norihide Takei, the General Manager for the Automobile Division at Suzuki Philippines, emphasized the driving force behind this change. “We have decided to move to a new location. A bigger, more accessible, and customer-centric Suzuki Auto Isabela 3S Shop at the heart of the province means our fellow citizens will receive the service they rightfully deserve. Whether it’s the purchase of their first car, the search for necessary spare parts, or availing after-sales services, they can now access it all at our new location,” he expressed during the grand unveiling of the new facility.
Takei added that they expect the move to benefit a more extensive customer base in Isabela and its neighboring provinces. He maintained that the relocation was a practical decision and carried a sense of optimism.
“They say that every move, whether starting a new business or relocating it, brings a fresh start and numerous opportunities to look forward to. With our latest collaboration with Elite North Autocars, Inc., we share this positive outlook, an uplifting energy, and an inspiring vibe that allows us to fulfill our promise of bringing Suzuki cars to more Filipino families,” Takei added.
The new Suzuki Auto Isabela facility boasts a four-unit display area, perfect for showcasing iconic Suzuki models like the New Ertiga Hybrid, S-Presso AGS, XL7, Jimny, and other high-value Suzuki vehicles.
For vehicle maintenance, check-ups, and other service-related concerns, the new location offers six service bays staffed by capable and highly motivated personnel and mechanics, ready to assist every customer.
The Suzuki Auto Isabela showroom and service shop are open from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Saturday. This strategic relocation underscores Suzuki’s commitment to providing enhanced services and convenience to its customers in the region.
