The Honda Project M Koby Racing Team dominated the RUGP Underbone Open GP category with The All-New Winner X, demonstrating its exceptional performance capabilities in Round 1 on May 19, 2024, at Cebu Kartzone, Cebu City.

The Regional Underbone Grand Prix (RUGP) is a well-known organized on-road racing competition attracting various riders from Visayas and Mindanao. This event, organized by “The Racing Line TV,” features four rounds of racing to support local talents competing on a racetrack.

The track seemed tailor-made for the Winner X race bike, offering an ideal balance of twists and turns. Rider #44, the sole competitor using the Honda Winner X out of 12 riders, delivered an impressive performance. He skillfully maneuvered through the race, ultimately taking the chequered flag and winning with flying colors.

The Honda Project M Koby Racing Team set the fastest underbone lap record of 29.543 seconds in Round 1. Rider #44, Ephraim Onahon, showcased remarkable dedication and commitment, achieving victory and underscoring Honda’s commitment to promoting motorsports in the Philippines.
