JETOUR Auto Philippines Inc. (JAPI) has launched an Aftersales Training Program as part of its commitment to delivering exceptional service quality and growing the JETOUR brand in the country. This five-day intensive workshop, held across various JETOUR Auto dealerships nationwide, aims to equip technical staff with advanced knowledge and skills to ensure top-notch customer support and service.
A total of 24 participants from JETOUR dealerships in Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao received in-depth training in key areas such as model introductions, technical specifications, and vehicle features, as well as safety bulletins and the use of specialized tools. These efforts are geared towards improving repair accuracy and efficiency, ensuring that JETOUR vehicle owners enjoy a premium service experience.
The first batch of participants included technicians from JETOUR Auto Alabang, EDSA Centris, Quezon Avenue, Pasig, Baliuag, Dau, Marilao, Isabela, and Fairview. The second batch saw participation from dealers in Cebu, Bacolod, Iloilo, Davao, General Santos, and Cagayan De Oro.
