From Iconic to Electrifying: Ford Philippines Gears Up for a Groundbreaking 2025 with New EV Lineup and Enhanced Customer Experience

Ford Philippines ended 2024 with remarkable achievements, with the Ford Ranger leading sales by reaching 13,812 units, marking a 4% increase from the previous year despite stiff competition in the pickup segment. Overall, Ford’s total sales for the year hit 27,997 units, solidifying its strong market presence in the country.

The year was also marked by the introduction of three iconic vehicles: the All-New Ford Mustang, Ford Bronco, and Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6. The 7th generation Mustang, available in 5.0L GT Premium Fastback and 2.3L EcoBoost Premium Fastback variants, showcased power and performance with advanced MagneRide® Damping Systems. The legendary Bronco made its Philippine debut in the Outer Banks variant, equipped with Sasquatch Package, highlighting its off-road prowess with features like Advanced 4×4 and G.O.A.T. Modes™. Lastly, the Ford Ranger Raptor 3.0L V6 impressed off-road enthusiasts with its 397PS twin-turbo engine, performance-tuned transmission, and Baja mode for ultimate off-road fun.

In addition to its new vehicle launches, Ford enhanced its customer experience through initiatives like the Peace of Mind and Territory Assure+ programs. These offerings included free inspections, free labor on the first and second PMS services, and special services for Territory owners, such as Express Service, Pick-up and Delivery, and Improved Customer Support, all designed to provide a hassle-free ownership experience.

A significant leadership transition also took place in 2024, with Pedro Simoes taking over as Ford Philippines’ managing director. Simoes brings extensive automotive experience from his previous roles in Ford Middle East and other key markets, positioning him as a strong leader to steer the brand’s growth in the Philippines.

Looking ahead to 2025, Ford Philippines is set to embark on its electrification journey, bringing a suite of electrified vehicles to the market to meet growing consumer demand. Ford’s global expertise in electrification will bolster its local offerings, adding to its already impressive vehicle lineup.

Ford will also elevate the retail experience with its Ford Signature 2025 dealership design, offering a more personalized and immersive experience for customers. Additionally, a new Ford learning facility is in the works to enhance the skills of Ford technicians, with a focus on electric vehicle (EV) training and non-technical support for dealer personnel.

“2025 is going to be a big year for Ford Philippines as we bring electrified products to the market, transform our dealership experience, and invest in developing better-skilled technical personnel,” said Pedro Simoes, managing director, Ford Philippines. With these initiatives, Ford Philippines is geared for an exciting year ahead, ensuring customers enjoy a superior ownership experience.
