Andok’s, a leading food enterprise in the country, is launching a groundbreaking initiative to reward and empower its workforce of over 9,000 employees and 6,000 contractors. Partnering with Terrafirma Motors Corporation (TMC-Hero), the exclusive distributor of Hero motorcycles in the Philippines, Andok’s will provide 10,000 Hero motorcycles in 2025 as part of a new incentive program. This collaboration aims to enhance mobility and support the personal and professional growth of Andok’s employees.
The program offers employees and contractors exclusive financing options to purchase Hero motorcycles, providing an affordable and reliable mode of transportation. This initiative is designed to boost productivity, particularly for those in roles that require frequent travel, while also offering a cost-effective commuting solution. “We are committed to the well-being and growth of our people,” said Maverick Javier, Executive Vice President of Andok’s Litson Corporation. “By partnering with TMC-Hero, we are empowering our employees with a tool for success.”
TMC-Hero offers a range of motorcycles, including the fuel-efficient Hero Xoom 110 and the flagship Hero Xpulse 200 4V, known for their durability and performance. “We’re excited to collaborate with Andok’s in this transformative program,” said Felix J. Mabilog, Jr., President of TMC-Hero. “Our motorcycles are designed to empower and improve the lives of individuals, and we believe this partnership will make a lasting impact.”
This initiative sets a new standard for employee incentives in the Philippines, combining mobility with financial accessibility. Andok’s employees will be able to choose from various Hero models, benefiting from tailored financing plans to improve their commuting experience and quality of life.
