Autohub Group Launches Zeekr in the Philippines

The Autohub Group of Companies has officially launched Zeekr, a global intelligent premium electric mobility technology brand, in the Philippines. This move reinforces the company’s commitment to providing and promoting sustainable mobility solutions in the country.

Graced by Autohub Group’s President, Mr. Willy Tee Ten, and Zeekr’s ASEAN Leader, Mr. Alex Bao, the grand launch marks the beginning of the Autohub Group’s partnership with the leading electric vehicle manufacturer under the Geely Holding Group.

Held at the Bonifacio High Street Amphitheatre in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, the event showcased Zeekr’s lineup of state-of-the-art electric sedans and SUVs, designed to deliver exceptional performance, advanced technology, and unparalleled driving experiences. Making their debut in the Philippines are the Zeekr 001 Long Range, Zeekr 001 Privilege, Zeekr X Premium, and Zeekr X Privilege.

Zeekr vehicles are known for their lightning-fast charging times and advanced safety functions, positioning them as premier sustainable mobility solutions. For example, the Zeekr 001’s charging port boasts a capacity of up to 200kW, allowing the vehicle to charge from 10% to 80% in just 30 minutes.

The intelligent matrix LED projection headlights, equipped with ADB adaptive high beam technology, utilize 64 independently controlled LEDs. These lights dynamically adjust the high beam matrix to provide optimal illumination without blinding oncoming traffic, significantly enhancing night driving safety.

Additionally, the 1.47m integrated full-width tail lights create a stylish appearance, enhancing the Zeekr 001’s unique aesthetic appeal. This design not only adds to the car’s visual impact but also improves visibility and safety on the road.

Inside, the Zeekr offers a luxurious and comfortable interior, combining the latest digital cockpit technology with premium materials and beautiful finishes. The 4 soft-close doors with frameless windows add another layer of refinement and convenience, enhancing the vehicle’s premium feel. These doors close gently and securely, providing both ease of use and a quieter cabin environment.

The Zeekr 001 2024 and Zeekr X 2024 have also achieved prestigious 5-star ratings from the European New Car Assessment Program (Euro NCAP), setting a new benchmark in automotive safety and luxury.
