Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI), a pioneer in the shared services sector of the Philippine business process management industry, was awarded Diversity Company of the Year award in the just concluded Asia CEO Awards 2022.
The Asia CEO Awards, now on its 14th year, is the largest business awards event in the Philippines and one of the biggest events of its kind in the Asia Pacific region.
Out of 400 nominations received from businesses organization and leaders, CHI was recognized for its proactive acceptance and respect for human differences including but not limited to race, religion, gender, identity, and physical activity. This award is also about making people feelconnected and enabling them to succeed and thrive.

In 2020, CHI was named one of the ‘Best Companies to Work For in Asia 2020’ by HR Asia, Asia’s most authoritative publication for human resource (HR) professionals. This was during the height of the pandemic, when CHI quickly adapted to the lockdowns and offered wellness support to its employees.
Last year, CHI also copped the highly coveted Global Best Employer Brand Award at the 15th Employer Branding Awards given by the Employer Branding Institute to companies that have utilized HR strategies in managing their employees and advancing their professional growth.
In the previous years, CHI bagged the Wellness Company of the Year at the Asia CEO Forum in 2018 for its notable health and productivity programs for its employees. In 2019, CHI was also recognized by the same award-giving body as one of the Circle of Excellence awardees of the Top Employer of the Year Award.
