Chevron, a prominent US investor in the Philippines, collaborated with the American Chamber of Commerce (AmCham) to host a leadership session for top university students. Held as part of the AmCham Business Leadership Program (BLP), the event provided students with direct access to Chevron Philippines Inc. (CPI) and Chevron Holdings Inc. (CHI) executives. BLP aims to deepen students’ understanding of business’s role in national development and global economic issues, exclusively inviting top university talents to participate. Recognized as one of the “Best Companies to Work for” at the HR Asia Awards 2023, Chevron has steadfastly supported and sponsored BLP for two decades.
During the session, Ethan Flowers, GM of CHI, discussed effective team management strategies, emphasizing the importance of intellectual curiosity and problem-solving skills in corporate environments.
