CIC Successfully Completes Girder Launching for CAVITEX C5 Link Project

Cavitex Infrastructure Corporation has achieved a significant milestone by successfully completing the girder installation ahead of schedule for the CAVITEX C5 Link R-1 Interchange, situated near the CAVITEX Paranaque Toll Plaza. This achievement marks a crucial step toward establishing a direct connection from CAVITEX R-1 (Coastal Road) to Sucat Road in Paranaque City, resulting in a remarkable 10-minute reduction in travel times. The project is on track to open in the first quarter of 2024.

The R-1 Interchange is a pivotal 1.9-kilometer section (Segment 2) within the broader CAVITEX C5 Link project. This 7.7-kilometer, 2×3 lane expressway is poised to seamlessly serve 50,000 motorists, bridging CAVITEX R-1 and C5 Road in Taguig, thereby significantly enhancing regional mobility.
