From educating the market about e-bikes to ensuring accessibility through partnerships with top dealers and financial institutions, the brand extends its support post-purchase. The HATASU Careavan is a testament to this mission, serving as a public service campaign to educate both existing and potential e-bike users.
The HATASU Careavan travels to different cities and provinces, hosting two to three-day events featuring educational talks such as the Safety Riding Program and HATASU e-bike 101. The campaign also offers repair and maintenance services for existing e-bike users and provides sales assistance for interested buyers.

Successful 1st Leg in Goa, Bicol
