HATASU Launches an Educational Campaign with the HATASU Careavan

Emphasizing its dedication to addressing the riding needs and concerns of HATASUKIs, HATASU has unveiled the HATASU Careavan, a public service campaign aimed at educating existing and potential ebike users. The initiative underscores the brand’s mission to offer a holistic customer journey, from market education about ebikes to facilitating accessibility through partnerships with key dealers and financial institutions, and providing aftersales support.

The HATASU Careavan is a traveling event spanning various cities and provinces, featuring ebike education talks and hands-on demonstrations. Over the course of two to three days, attendees can participate in a Safety Riding Program, coordinated with local government units, and a HATASU ebike 101 session to explore different models and their functionalities.

Moreover, the event serves as an opportunity for existing ebike users to have their units inspected for repairs or maintenance, while potential buyers can avail themselves of special deals with the assistance of sales representatives and installment partners present onsite.

Austine Huang, HATASU Philippines COO, expresses the brand’s commitment: “At HATASU, we aim to promote proper road safety guidelines and etiquette. Hence, we are launching the HATASU Careavan campaign to empower our customers with ebike education and provide access to our products and services.”

The inaugural leg of the HATASU Careavan concluded successfully in March at Goa, Bicol, in collaboration with K-Servico. The three-day event featured talks on safe riding, ebike check-ups, sales activities, test drives, and engaging booth activities, delighting attendees and fostering community engagement.
