In a continuous effort to strengthen its brand presence and enhance customer service in the Visayas region, Isuzu Philippines Corporation (IPC) recently held a series of grand openings for its newly renovated Isuzu Outlet Standard (IOS) dealerships, underscoring the company’s commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction across key Visayan cities.
The series kicked off on November 6 with the reopening of Isuzu Iloilo in Mandurriao. The dealership spans 3,400 square meters and features an expanded showroom capable of displaying up to four vehicles, including trucks, offering customers a broader selection. Its service area has also been upgraded, now boasting eight Light Commercial Vehicle (LCV) service bays and two dedicated truck bays to better cater to the needs of fleet clients in the region.
The next day, on November 7, IPC executives inaugurated the refurbished Isuzu Mandaue in Cebu, the first Isuzu dealership in the province. The newly upgraded facility, now occupying 4,280 square meters, includes a spacious showroom that can display up to four vehicles. The service center is equipped with six LCV service bays and two truck bays, significantly increasing its capacity to serve the growing Cebu market.
As one of the Philippines’ most economically dynamic regions, Cebu offers vast opportunities in sectors such as tourism, trade, and logistics. Jinggoy Ybanez, Branch Manager of Isuzu Cebu, highlighted the strategic importance of the new IOS-compliant dealership: “Cebu’s booming market demands durable and reliable transportation solutions. Our vehicles, especially the D-MAX pick-up and trucks, are designed to meet these needs. The enhanced Isuzu Mandaue dealership allows us to better support local businesses by offering a comprehensive range of sales and aftersales services.”
The series concluded on November 9 with the reopening of Isuzu Bohol. Though smaller in size, with a total area of 1,680 square meters, this branch features a showroom with three display units and six service bays. Plans for future expansion of the service area are already underway to accommodate increasing demand from fleet clients.
All three dealerships are operated by Ayala’s Iconic Dealership Inc. (IDI). IPC President Tetsuya Fujita expressed his gratitude to the dealer group for their commitment to enhancing the facilities: “We thank our partners at IDI for their dedication to providing excellent sales and aftersales service in these key areas. Our IOS dealerships are not just places to purchase vehicles; they represent a promise of quality, reliability, and outstanding service. With a streamlined setup and our trusted Isuzu vehicles, we ensure every visit is a productive and rewarding experience for our customers.”
This series of IOS-compliant dealership openings reflects Isuzu’s ongoing dedication to improving customer service and providing state-of-the-art facilities that align with the brand’s reputation for quality. These enhancements are set to offer customers an elevated experience, ensuring they receive top-tier service and access to a comprehensive lineup of vehicles.
