KTM Philippines joins the highly anticipated annual Inside Racing Bike Festival and Trade Show on March 23-25 at the World Trade Center, PasayCity.
KTM announced during the event the roadside assistance program it offers, as it officially partners with Ibero Asistencia, pioneering company for global roadside and travel assistance. Through this partnership, KTM owners with street-legal motorcycles can now enjoy 24/7 emergency roadside assistance coverage across the country.
For an introductory price of P999, KTM riders can request for services through Ibero’s call center hotline in 86 areas in Luzon, 17 in Visayas, and 7 in Mindanao in times of emergencies. Customers who enrolled a month in advance can avail ambulance service, hospital admission, and accident coordination with government units arranged by the assistance coordinator.
“The two-wheeler industry is emerging and we want to be exceptional in terms of quality and on how we can give the best after-sales services to our clients. We assure them with our ready-to- race DNA of KTM motorcycles as we partnered for world-class
customer service through Ibero Asistencia,” says Dino Santos, COO of KTM Philippines.
Also announced in the trade show is KTM’s newest tool in the shed: the 790 Duke, which is considered as Austrian’s sharpest street weapon. This is ready for utilization for P790,000.
The 790 Duke is built on KTM’s ready-to- race DNA with all-new and ultra-compact LC8c parallel-twin engine. The 87 Nm provided at 8,000 rpm and a maximum output of 105hp at 9,000 rpm make this latest member of the KTM Duke family the outstanding bike that it is.
Moreover, naked in its appearance but sporty in its delivery, its cutting edge design, agile handling and leading levels of performance putting the rider in full control in all situations.
Another announcement during the event was the chance to participate in Zero2Podium motorcycle riding clinic for free. Anyone who is interested needs to purchase any of the
following models: KTM 200 Duke, KTM 390 Duke, KTM RC200 or KTM RC390 during the 3-day Bikefest. It will be conducted by no-less than former PSBK Factor Racer, Road and Dirt Bike Rider Joey Rivero who developed an effective training system in
providing precision riding classes for every type of motorcycle rider, be it on track, tour or on the street.
Zero2Podium classes are to be held at the Clark International Speedway and Batangas Racing Circuit. The motorcycle riding clinic teaches based on scientific facts on motorcycle dynamics and factors that affect it. Also, the participants can practice
various riding concepts and techniques.
