Despite challenges in the automotive industry, Nissan Philippines sold over 26,000 units in 2024, reinforcing its strong market presence and resilience. This achievement highlights Nissan’s position as a key player in the ASEAN region. The success was driven by the launch of refreshed models like the Navara and Almera Sport, which generated high customer interest. Key models such as the Terra, Navara, Patrol, Urvan, and Livina consistently ranked among the top five in their respective segments.
Nissan introduced its bold new brand direction, “Always Daring,” in 2024, emphasizing innovation and customer engagement, while also celebrating 55 years in the Philippines. The launch of the Z Nismo enhanced its performance car lineup, and the company expanded its network with four new dealerships, including the first Nissan Pop-Up Showroom in Cavite.
Additionally, Nissan broke ground on two new dealerships in San Jose del Monte and Bukidnon, with more openings planned in Sucat and Urdaneta in early 2025. In aftersales, Nissan saw a 14% increase in retail sales from Q1 to Q3 of the fiscal year, demonstrating its commitment to excellent customer service and the ownership experience.
The Nissan Intelligent Mobility Tour is set to complete 23 stops in 2024, further strengthening customer connections and showcasing Nissan’s innovations. Nissan Philippines President Yasuhisa Masuda expressed excitement for the future, noting that 2024 marked significant progress in customer relationships and market growth, with plans to continue delivering exceptional products and services in 2025.
