Suzuki Engage Xperience, Merging Community Support and Motorcycle Performance

Suzuki Philippines showcased its commitment to community and innovation with the EngageXperience event, held in the scenic landscapes of the Bataan Peninsula. Over two days, Moto Media and vloggers tested the performance of Suzuki’s two-wheelers while participating in unique challenges focused on community engagement.

Suzuki EngageXperience Challenge Highlights

The EngageXperience was more than a media and vloggers ride. Divided into teams, participants tackled challenges that tested their motorcycling skills and teamwork, all aimed at aiding hundreds of Aeta families from Bagac, Morong, and Mariveles. Riders used a range of Suzuki models, from the versatile V-STROM 250 SX and Raider J Crossover to the recently introduced Smash Fi and the fuel-efficient Burgman Street EX.

  • Group Fuel Efficiency Challenge: Teams highlighted the practicality and efficiency of Suzuki motorcycles by being mindful of their fuel consumption throughout the journey.
  • Palengke Challenge: Focused on community support, each group received a budget to shop for relief goods, creating the most comprehensive relief packs with essential items like noodles, canned goods, and hygiene kits.
  • Load Up Your Burgman Challenge: Showcasing the cargo capacity of the Burgman Street EX, teams competed to load the most items onto the bike while maintaining safe riding practices.

After preparing the relief goods, the convoy proceeded to Banawang Elementary School, where over 200 Aeta families awaited. The event grew even more impressive as hundreds of local Suzuki club riders from Bataan joined in. The indigenous community groups were gathered with the assistance of Banawang Brgy. Captain Menandro Trinidad and Barangay Health Worker Babylen Brillo. Besides the home essentials provided by Suzuki, media and vlogger participants also pledged toys and school supplies for the children, enhancing the spirit of bayanihan.

Following the distribution, the group continued their ride to Mt. Samat, enjoying breathtaking views and the thrill of navigating the region’s challenging roads on their Suzuki motorcycles. The event concluded with a fun-filled fellowship night at La Jolla Beach Resort, strengthening the camaraderie within the Suzuki family and the Moto Media and vlogger community.
