Mayamot, Antipolo City. This event marks the fourth installment of their quarterly blood donation drive, organized in partnership with the Red Cross Philippines Quezon City Chapter.

Event Description:

The “Unmasked Heroes: Donate Blood, Save Lives IV” event aims to address the critical need for blood donations in the community while honoring the selfless contributions of those who help save lives. Imprint Cafe and the Red Cross Philippines Quezon City Chapter invite everyone to join this noble cause and make a life-saving impact by donating blood.

Qualifications for Donors:

• Age: 16-17 years old (with parent/guardian’s consent), 18-60 years old (61-65 years old may donate if already a regular donor)
• Weight: At least 110 lbs or 50 kg
• Health: Generally in good condition, with enough rest and sleep
• Alcohol: No alcohol intake 24 hours prior to donating blood
• Medication: No medication intake for at least 24 hours
• Food: Ensure you have eaten but avoid fatty food
• Fluids: Drink plenty of fluids, like water or juice
