Cebuana Lhuillier enters TNVS and Moto Taxi services with the launch of Xpress App

The largest micro financial services Group, PJ Lhuillier Group of Companies (PJLGC), more known as Cebuana Lhuillier, expands its portfolio by venturing into ridesharing as it launches Xpress Philippines App (Xpress). The mobile app recently acquired licenses from Land Transportation Franchising and Regulatory Board (LTFRB) via its Transportation Network Company (TNC) for 4-wheel and Technical Working Group (TWG) Accreditation for 2-wheel, marking a new era in versatile and compliant urban mobility in Metro Manila.
