In 2014, Yamaha Motor Philippines captured the motorcycle industry’s attention by setting three GUINNESS WORLD RECORDS™ titles: the largest parade of Yamaha motorcycles, the most engines started simultaneously, and the most motorcycle horns sounded simultaneously. Fast forward 10 years, and the Yamaha Club riding community has grown significantly in both numbers and influence. On July 13, 2024, in Pasay City, Yamaha Motor Philippines (YMPH) is ready to challenge its YClub community to showcase their growth and unity.
This year, Yamaha aims to break records with 3,500 riders, up from the 1,200-1,400 participants in 2014. Involving various Yamaha club groups, this event is not just about demonstrating community unity but also reflects Yamaha Motor Philippines’ commitment to creating diverse value through its products and services. Every activity is designed to evoke KANDO, a Japanese term for the simultaneous feelings of deep satisfaction and intense excitement experienced when encountering something of exceptional value. As a kando-creating company, Yamaha strives to make every rider realize the excitement that awaits them with their own Yamaha, including the ambitious goal of holding multiple world records.
On July 13, Yamaha and its thousands of riders will REV to make history. Each world record will symbolize the united riding passion, proving how Yamaha truly revs everyone’s hearts.
